Attack against regime support

During 1981 there were more than 90 armed actions against the regime and its installations — police stations, railway lines, power plants, military bases and recruiting offices as well as the buildings of multinationals like British Leyland, coinciding with a strike at its South African subsidiary. The 'Indian Affairs' building in Durban was blasted on 3 November, the day before polling booths opened for the fraudulent South African Indian Council elections.
